Dwayne was extremely competent and personable. His persistence and problem solving abilities were put to the test in fixing our problems with our outdoor pole lamp. They came through for us as solutions were accomplished.

We hired Mr.Electric to replace all our home’s smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and install a surge protector. They inspected our home, making sure everything met code. After the installations were done they took the time to walk through everything and also explained what maintenance might be needed, and answered all of the questions clearly highly recommended!!

Our discussion with a lighting expert ending in our being very pleased. Mr. Electric's electrician came to our home, provided a free estimate, and provided very fast service. Their team was skilled, smart, friendly, helpful, efficient and went above and beyond. They recycled boxes, removed old light fixtures, helped us select the height of our new pendant lights. We highly recommend this company for electrical needs.
Richard was incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He walked me through each step that he was performing and the reason behind it. He took detailed pictures and was able to explain it in a way that made it very understandable. We would recommend Richard to anyone seeking a master electricians expertise.

Very courteous service. Excellent communication about what to expect during the visit, appointment reminders, etc. We had a bunch of miscellaneous electrical jobs at home and they were able to schedule it the same week. Called 9 pm for a hopefully ASAP appointment. Was able to get someone in first thing in the morning, within 12 hours of my initial call. Dwayne was thorough in investigating and diagnosing my issue, communicated the service plan clearly, and was flexible in working with me during a day where I also had a contractor and cleaners in my home. The work was completed fairly quickly and he stayed afterwards to ensure the issue with my breaker box was resolved. Work is under warranty as well. Great job, Dwayne!
Had a sub-panel installed in the garage along with additional outlets and my experience was awesome with Mr. electric. Dwayne (the electrician) was a pleasure to work with and did an outstanding job. Overall, very pleased with all aspects of working with Mr Electric - including the interactions via txt messaging with their office staff.
We just got a new electric panel and grounding wire put in on our home in Durham and Mr. Electric of CH was wonderful to work with. Dwayne was very knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. Gloria, from the main office, was absolutely amazing with communication and answered my endless questions (or found out the answer for me if she wasn't sure). She made working with the city and inspectors as painless as possible and she even coordinated plumbing services for me (with another company) after the electrical work was finished. I really feel like she went above and beyond. Thank you, Gloria! We will definitely use Mr. Electric for any future electrical needs!
Dwayne McGregor just finished installing electrical sockets in my garage for my workbench And refrigerator. Dwayne did an excellent job explaining his recommendations for what I needed and performing the work. His work was exemplary, and he was very easy to work with. Added bonus points my dog Zelda fell in love with him!
My technician was Alex Cantres and he was fantastic. Alex called when he was 20 mins out, he has such a friendly demeanor, and he answered all my questions with such patience. My service call required a good bit of trouble shooting and he never seemed irritated or rushed and still explained everything perfectly. Alex also vacuumed up when he was done. I'm very happy to have lights in the back of the house again and if I need an electrician again, I hope to have Alex come back.
If you decide to go with Mr Electric, make sure you request for ALEX! If it he wasn’t for him, I don’t think we’d go with Mr Electric because their pricing was definitely higher than most. At the end, we’re more than pleased with Alex’s work and he was so patient with us even when we keep changing our mind on the fixture and switch placement. THANK YOU ALEX and MR Electric! Our house is so much brighter now

Alex cantres does great work. My wife bought a custom antique electrical piece from Etsy or something like that and no one could figure out how to get it installed in the ceiling but he figured it out somehow. Very grateful!
